- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
- 15-30 days after purchase: Partial refund of 50% available if less than 30% of course content has been accessed
- After 30 days: No refunds available except in cases of technical failure or billing errors
2.2 Subscription-Based Services
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed courses where certificates have been issued
- Courses where more than 50% of content has been accessed
- Special promotional offers or discounted bundles (unless otherwise stated)
- One-on-one tutoring sessions that have been conducted
- Downloaded materials, resources, or code repositories
- Access to premium community features after the initial 14-day period

5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved:

- Bank transfers may require 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution

6. Course Cancellations by Murntek
If Murntek cancels a course or program:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another available course of equal or lesser value
- You will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date
7. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
In cases of prolonged technical difficulties:
- We will attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours
- If resolution is not possible, a prorated refund or account credit may be offered
- Temporary outages of less than 24 hours do not qualify for refunds
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Your account access will be suspended pending resolution

- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- Legal fees resulting from disputed chargebacks may be pursued

We are committed to delivering high-quality educational content. If you are not satisfied with your course experience within the first 14 days and have accessed less than 20% of the content, we offer a satisfaction guarantee with a full refund.
11. Account Credits
In some situations, we may offer account credits instead of refunds:
- Credits can be applied to future course enrollments
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
